Next, secure a mortgage pre-approval from a trusted lender. Our team can connect you with reputable mortgage professionals who specialize in new home financing, ensuring that you get the best rates and terms. A pre-approval not only streamlines the purchasing process and helps you understand your budget, but also gives you confidence in your home search.

Once you’ve chosen your home, you’ll need to sign the purchase agreement, which is the document that outlines the terms of your home purchase so you’ll have complete clarity.

As construction begins, your Sales Representative will provide you with regular updates. You can also watch your home take shape by tracking the progress through your Homeowner Portal, where you’ll receive real-time updates and milestones—ensuring you’re informed and involved every step of the way.

Before move-in, we’ll guide you through a two-step orientation to review your home’s features, answer questions, and ensure everything meets your standards. During the initial homeowner orientation, we’ll explain the features, systems, and amenities in your new home, and during your final orientation, we’ll review any concerns you may have had and ensure that all items have been addressed.
